This listing is for One hand-held radio remote control Transmitter unit model 12EX2
This 12EX2 transmitter can be used with 12EX2 receivers or 12EX receivers!
If using with an 12EX2 receiver, then you pair it to the receiver.
If using with an 12EX receiver, then you insert your ichip from the old TX and mount it into this new TX unit.

This new 12EX2 transmitter can be programmed to control your 1st Generation 12EX receiver, or it can be programmed to control the new 2nd generation 12EX2 receiver unit !!
To program the new 12EX2 transmitter to control a 1st Gen 12EX receiver
:
(1)  remove I-chip from old 12EX transmitter, and install in new 12EX2 transmitter
(2)  set 1st 8-positions of the dipswitch on the 12EX2 transmitter to match the 8-position

transmitter (fyi; there is no RF channel dipswitch on the 12EX2 transmitter, it reads the RF channel from the I-chip)
(3)  if you do not have an old transmitter to get an I-chip from, then contact us about getting a new I-chip

- offering "Free" pre-programming of the Serial number and RF channel so that the unit is out-of-box ready for you to use, please include a message when you order to include your Sn and RF channel (this information can be found on back of your existing unit), when a Sn and RF channel is not provided then the new unit is shipped Blank without an ichip for you to program on-site.
