This one is brand new in the original box just as it came from Hess. This is the first time there have been 5 toys in one package.  I took mine out of the box for these pictures.  Yours will come sealed in its original protective cardboard shipping box just as it came to me. These came out just last week and sell out quickly. Lights, sounds, everything. I bought a few extra and want to let you have the chance to own one as well.  This item is brand new in the box.
