Hess 2006 NYSE Collectors Certificate "NICE"

Description

Hess 2006 NYSE Collectors Certificate Reproduction. I had this Certificate professionally copied and printed after another seller made these with a typo in them as seen in the second photo. Hess didn't make these Certificates and I improved the idea and didn't try to pass them off as the "REAL DEAL". The Typo Certificate in the 2nd photo is not for sale. I ship USPS Priority Mail International. Allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery in most cases. Sometimes it will take longer. Insurance will be required.
All my shipping charges include insurance (unless noted and if you decide not to purchase it I am not liable if your item is lost or damaged) and items ship within 24hrs of payment. All my items include a modest packing and handling charge. This helps me offset the cost of boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, plastic bags, tape, paper and ink to print the labels and even gas used to bring items to their proper shipping outlets. If you don't want to pay extra for this service, then please don't  try to negotiate shipping terms after you have won the item. I use E  Bay’s shipping calculator which is not always accurate, if it is a wrong I will issue a refund for the overcharged amount. I will only ship using the services I have listed to make sure you get your item safely. You will receive an email from me through E Bay’s mail system confirming the item has been shipped. You also will get an email from E bay saying a shipping label has been created with tracking info, if you don't see it in your in box then check your junk mailbox. Your item is always sent with the service you choose and I do combine shipping also.
