(see all photos) It is made of .925 Silver (sterling) and is marked same on bottom. It weighs 552 grams. There are 17.75 ounces of .925 silver in this bowl. There are 31.1 grams in a Troy ounce of silver which means at .40 per ounce silver price, it has a melt value of 3.  I will start the auction below melt value for this item.
